We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
Item was not defective at the time of packaging and shipping.
Did not Contact support before returning the item or product
Returning 14 Days after a purchase was made.
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, and missing items.
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative to "wardrobing."
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
HOW TO RETURN:
Step by step
1.Contact support.
2.You are within 14 Day purchase timeframe.
3.Non fraudelent or Criminally acquired.
4.Still in state you recieved (Unworn).
5.Item was shipped Defective.
6.Reason of return was Fault of "7ven6ix"
REFUNDS AND CREDIT:
All refunds are handled by 7ven6ix Directly and will likely be credited to your account,on the basis you are approved.
If you are eligble you will be notified to which the way you made contact with us usually by email.
